I made a common mistake in a funds transfer into my Abra wallet that the Abra staff can easily correct but their customer assistance seems to be nonexistent or deliberately ignoring my emails. In the meanwhile I has lost over $100 in assets. Update After several emails containing detailed information about the transfer of assets, on 22 April My transfer finally posted to my wallet. I am now very pleased 😀
