Their fees are very affordable for the potential savings. I believe you have to pay for services if not willing to do these yourself.
Their fees are very affordable. I listed 6 properties with them and, thus far, they've saved us about $370. I am looking forward to additional savings. Many times they cannot, and other times they will. Dealing with tax offices is touch and go. They do keep in touch with you and respond to your inquiries which is very important to us. I am glad we've used them and will continue to do so. Going forward I would like reminders since our properties are in different counties. Thanks Abode :-))

Wasn’t sure at first but I thought I’d give it a try for the money. Super easy, they handled everything. Just got the email that I’m saving $1,840. Not sure how common that is but I’d definitely recommend Adobe Money.

Simple, Affordable, and works!
Adobe money has been the easiest way to protest property taxes that I’ve seen! They were able to get results for a fraction of the cost of the standard property tax companies. I look forward to using them again next year.

Very smooth pleasant experience
The entire experience was automated and very smooth. Any email I sent was responded to promptly and accurately. Although they didn't save me as much as I had hoped, I did save some money and I believe that was by virtue of the circumstances and in no way reflective of their efforts. Highly recommended.

All they did gave me previous sales which i can pull myself. When I initially entered my address it said I will save 2-3K but did not end up saving a penny. Useless service, Pure scam

First, you purchased our "File Yourself with Expert Help" plan. As explained during signup, this service includes a comprehensive property analysis, an evidence package prepared for your home, and step-by-step instructions for filing your own appeal. It is not our Full Service offering, where our team handles the filing on your behalf.
Second, the savings estimate you saw when signing up was a preliminary estimate, not a guarantee. This initial scan uses available property data, recent comparable sales, and broader neighborhood market trends to identify potential savings opportunities.
The Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) you receive after signing up is a substantially more comprehensive process. Rather than relying solely on an automated estimate, your CMA is assembled and reviewed by a property tax expert who examines your home's valuation, relevant comparable properties, and the evidence available to support an appeal. Once your county releases its official Notice of Value, that information is also incorporated into the analysis.
In other words, the initial estimate identifies a potential savings opportunity, while the expert-reviewed CMA determines whether the available evidence actually supports pursuing it. These are two very different levels of analysis, and the latter is a core part of the service you purchased. It's considerably more involved than simply providing a list of recent home sales.
Sometimes, that analysis reveals that the evidence isn't strong enough to justify an appeal. We would much rather tell a customer that we don't believe they can save money than encourage them to waste their time and money pursuing an appeal that is unlikely to succeed.
I'd also clarify that the savings opportunities we identify extend beyond property tax appeals. Your initial estimate considers potential savings from homeowners insurance, exemptions, and mortgage-related opportunities. Those tools remain available in your account, although our records indicate that you have not yet taken advantage of them.
Finally, and most importantly, you were issued a refund as soon as you requested one under our Savings Guarantee.
I completely understand your disappointment that the initial savings estimate didn't materialize. What I cannot agree with is the characterization that Abode Money is a "pure scam." We provided the expert-reviewed property analysis included in the plan you purchased and returned your money when you were dissatisfied.
You did not receive the savings you hoped for, but you also did not lose any money.
