I would recommend this company to anyone. The movers were very nice, they lent us one of their carts to transport smaller items and there was no damage to my furniture. I appreciate their attention to detail to protect my furniture, but I did not foresee the extra cost. It took double the original 3 hr estimate totaling 6 hrs. The time to wrap each piece of furniture with a blanket and circling with tape, then unwrap and so on was time consuming. I see where this would be benifical if transporting furniture in a truck or protecting an expensive piece of furniture but I literally moved from one apartment to another in the same building approximately 150 ft away and one level up. I will say there was a parking garage ramp and 3 steps in between the elevator and the new apartment but overall felt it took more time then moving to a different location. Then again I am not a moving expert. Also, when I asked if I could add a tip to my card they said they would never see the money. I didn’t have that much cash on me so I wrote them a check. Make sure you have enough cash on hand for a tip.

The process from start to finish was easy and went very smoothly. Plus I was given a great price for a cross country move. The guys packing and moving my stuff did a fantastic job and made sure everything was packed and wrapped the right way. They did a great job unloading my stuff in my new place. I liked that they were the same people packing and unpacking my valuables. They were very courteous, neat, organized and thorough. I would highly recommend them and use them again. I was called back to discuss my order and they let the pick up place people know when they were coming and they delivered in a timely fashion. Excellent service.

Finally, a company that will give a binding quote upfront, have employees who are considerate, hard working and willing to do what it takes to make the move easier. Our consultant, Sydnee, answered all our questions and was available and checking each step of the move. Our move was from the Houston to the Ft Worth area and it went better than we ever imagined. I would highly recommend this company.

They repeatedly do what they say, when they say. If you have much experience with other moving companies, then you realize how valuable on time service is admist the general chaos of moving. Workers go the extra steps to pack and wrap belongings so your things will arrive in new location as they left old location.

The crew that came to our house was very professional. Before they arrived they gave us a call to let us know an estimated time of arrival. They took time to prepare our wood floors and stairs before they started moving furniture after they made their plan on both ends of the trip. We had a three story home and they did not grumble with the heavy stuff! Steve and his crew were great. I would highly recommend.
