Good communication during the quote process however, they did not provide with an accurate estimated date. Bad communication during shipping and transportation. It was very expensive for just a 144 cu.sqft. the majority of my belongings got here safe and sound, some stuff did get bumped and minor damaged. The proccess of finding good team to out of state moves was really hard. But these guys gave their best. Overall it was ok

Overall, I am pleased. A few broken items, as can be expected. Estimate was not on target and took 2 trips, not one as originally quoted. The movers were very professional. Took great care to wrap all furniture.

I used this service once before and they were exceptional. This time around not so much. I was allocated 3movers which I questioned. I was told I could have more if I wanted but I decided these movers knew more than I did so I went with their recommendation. We had everything pretty much boxed and ready to go. First none of them could speak English so I was the only one who could communicate with them since I speak Spanish. The lead guy explained how he needed to get furniture and boxes in combined to maximize the space but he had a wall of boxes at very front of the truck which caused many of the boxes on the bottom to get crushed. We had broken items that could not handle the weight- we discovered this upon unloading the truck. Another issue was a lack of training on two of the movers. The head mover spent a lot of time showing them how to wrap furniture. At one point my wife found the head guy demonstrating how to wrap chairs with paper and plastic wrap. To be honest as much as I appreciate that, it seems they don’t know the limits on when enough is enough. I had chairs heavily wrapped in plastic, heavy paper with tape, then several layers of plastic again. Things were taken apart but not all the screws were included so we had to spend time shopping for missing screws and bolts. The worst of it was that it took 8.5 hours to load our belongings in the truck and the loading only ended up costing me $1,500. The men worked hard and were amicable. I tipped them because I could see they were exhausted - not because they did a good job.

Dispatch changed pick up time with me 3 different times. So all plans I had made around those times kept having to be changed. Very frustrating!!
