Seamless process
ABB is a great site for anyone looking to buy a salvage car without breaking the bank. The deposit terms were clear, and the site itself was very easy to use. The customer service team did a great job answering my questions and I paid exactly for what I ordered

BRING YOUR OWN KY JELLY.
BRING YOUR OWN KY JELLY. They won't provide. My $1300 winning bid at auction turned into $3805 + transaction fees of another $40. I understand, commissions, transaction fees, etc. When your almost done with them an $800 tow bill for 96 miles from the auction site and they flat out would not allow my tow company at half the price to pick up. At every turn you will be SERVICED by these crimminals.

ABB is a reliable car auction marketplace. I worked with them multiple times as I was purchasing new vehicles and each time was a good experience. Thank you, and my best recommendations to you!

Couldn't be happier
I was cautious about buying a car through my phone, but ABB persuaded me. The site is fast and convenient, and the conditions were clearly stated. I had all the photos I needed and the vehicle was described really well with all the details. It came exactly as they told it would so no surprises at all. Really good.

They suck they make you give them a $400 deposit which you have to wait one to 10 business days to get back with all the other companies that you can get they immediately release your funds to you right there not one to 10 business days. this is ridiculous. I would never use this company again

Would not give me a refund on my membership fee…28 hours after I paid it. I used none of their services. I just did not like all the “fees” I saw only after I had a membership. Crooks!! I’ll join a classaction if we can get enough people! Doesn’t have to be just membership non-refundables within 72 hours (for example) but other shady practices!
