I have to admit I personally didn't read all the details entirely when the vehicle was purchased. A purchase agent handled the initial transaction. I now see the company does state 2 to 5 weeks for delivery and they are within their rights. I apologize to Abetterbid for the rating and hope I can give a higher rating if they honor the time limits.

The ability to order a vehicle was quite simple but there were a few things I did not like which is why I am only giving a 3 star rating and won't be ordering through the site/broker again. 1) I don't believe it makes sense for a "buy it now" price to have auction fees added when the vehicle was not purchased via the auction. 2) I don't like the fact that Copart allows the buyer to pick up their vehicle but A Better Bid forces you to use a transporter and pay extra fees. 3) I find it ridiculous that I purchased a vehicle late night but that night was still considered as part of the pick up days. There is no option to pick up a vehicle at 10 or 11pm so why would that even be counted instead of rolled over to the next morning? 4) I used A Better Bid as a broker in hopes of getting a clean title vehicle as it was shown on Copart, but upon arriving at the website I realized it's an acquisition that will still end up becoming a salvage title. Which means I should have just saved myself some money and avoided a broker altogether and purchased a salvage via right on Copart that I could pick up for almost free. It was a waste of money and time. 5) I paid all my fees almost immediately yet shipping was still delayed for some odd reason and the time/date kept changing, yet I was still charged storage fees as if it was my fault. I am 32mins away from Adelanto and could have picked the vehicle up quicker and for far less than charged. 6) Allow vehicles to be paid for via debit/credit card instead of forcing wire transfers. It's too much of a hassle. All in all, the website/company has potential to be great but there is a lot to work on. I'd start with adjusting the auction fees and shipping situation.

UPDATE: 3/27/24 After several calls, texts, & emails, confirmation was given for the successful delivery of the Porsche. It should have been a simple process and the original commitment should have been executed. Still awaiting paperwork...will see if is accurate or needs editing. Right now 3 stars with room to improve. I will consider bidding with this broker again. [END] At the time of this posting, the auction went fine for a 2000 Porsche, although their computer systems sent mixed emails on the "BUY IT NOW". This was rectified. They confirmed the BID, they provided a shipping amount to the destination in California and then proceeded to arrange the shipment to my home address in Yellowstone WY. Everything has been documented and committed by them twice, and the transporter. Three days later they call me and tell me it will be delivered to Yellowstone WY, not CA as was agreed. They want more $$. This is currently happening.... I will update as things progress.

You get the car in the end. Its just they charge you 3k in fees. I won an auction for $3550 and ended up paying $5997 total. The delivery driver was nice, but I really went over budget. Just get a normal car unless you can really make good profits from flipping the car.

We just bought a new camper with this company. I have 3 stars for right now because everything has gone smoothly so far. We are picking it up next week and from there I will update my experience accordingly.

Got the car I was chasing for quite some time at a great price, still, the shipping could have been better. I will definitely use their shipping service next time to avoid unnecessary stress. The customer service and title department were a bit slow in communication, I had to reach out a few times to get updates. All in all, I received the vehicle shortly and I am very satisfied with it.
