I was searching for an item which I couldn't find at all for Christmas. Everyone was out of stock. Abes actually had the item in stock. I had never used them before. I tried to contact the sales department regarding the item but could not reach them. I went ahead and placed the order online. Then I contacted customer service via the online chat. Kaitlyn was wonderful. She checked into my order for me and assured me it had been accepted and was in process. She also said she would make sure it reached me on time. I was so pleased and so was my son when he opened his gifts! Thanks Abes. I will shop you again!
