We appreciate your feedback and would be happy to provide clarification. After reviewing your support ticket, we can confirm that your account was subscribed to both ABCmouse and the optional Assessment Center add-on during sign-up. These are considered separate subscriptions, and while the Assessment Center was canceled by the subscriber, the main ABCmouse subscription was left active, which resulted in the renewal.
