I prepaid for a year subscription after…
I prepaid for a year subscription after learning of a promotional rate and was credited back the monthly charge but in doing so they accidentally "cancelled" my account that was prepaid for. When I realized this "mistake", they ultimately gave me a 12 month access code which I activated and was able to access the program. Flash forward a couple months, my child attempted to log in, I was told we didn't have an active account (despite being prepaid)and inadvertently signed up for a second monthly charged account under the same email, but this time, with added monthly upgrades. How does this even happen? The Abc Mouse team claims I had two different accounts because I logged in differently. But it gets better, when I realized, the ABC Mouse team confirmed I had two active accounts, I proceeded to cancel the new monthly account and even received email confirmation. I wasn't issued a credit for the accidental $25 charge and didn't put up a fight to get it credited. Another month later though, I'm charged again despite canceling, and when I inquired about a refund I was told I only cancelled the assessment upgrade and not the second monthly fee that I was being charged, even though I have an active prepaid account we can't access. And on top of all this, they refuse to refund me any of this money and only offered a $20 credit to use on their website. Complete scam!!!!
