Hello, I'm sorry you have been disappointed by our service. It may surprise you to learn we don't actually make anything at all on shipping, though we do have to pass on our costs. We have endeavoured to make our shipping costs and time frames clear. They are displayed next to the 'add to cart' button, and again through the checkout. However, computers can misbehave and maybe this displayed incorrectly on your device? If that's the case I would be very grateful if you could get in touch through the site contact form and we can find out what went wrong. Many thanks for taking the time to give us feedback; it's how we improve.

Hi Pushpinder, I'm sorry about your experience with our store. We list what the lab tells us they have available. The labs we deal with all work differently but there is one who tend to tell us when an item is out of stock only when we put the order in, and the pharmacist goes to the shelf and sees the bottle is empty, and then the order bounces. It doesn't happen often but when it does, it is an irritation, I agree. 4 days is a long time to wait, but the lab has a backlog of orders at present. I'm sorry about that. All I can do is apologise. HI Sasa, I'm sorry our service has been frustrating for you. We publish shipping guidance on the remedy pages, right next to the 'add to basket' button. With lockdown etc, there are delays and it currently says 2-3 weeks. You will receive an email when your order ships.
