Hi, I'm sorry you got the wrong thing. However we don't offer a 30 Oz size, only 80 pellets and unit dose (and liquids, in ml). Dear N, I'm sorry it appears we have messed up with your order, and in responding to your emails. There are no recent orders with the surname of your Trustpilot account. However there was a recent customer who did not receive their shipment by second day air because of supply chain delays. (KL?). Hi, I'm sorry about your experience with our store. We list what the manufacturing labs tell us they have available. Some of the labs tend to only tell us an item is out of stock only when we put the order in, and the pharmacist goes to the shelf and sees the bottle is empty, and then the order bounces. It doesn't happen often but when it does, it is an irritation, I agree. Please accept my apologies. Warm Wishes, Simon
