I didn’t expect bottle with the pump. It gives one pump 10 drops, while I need only 5 drops. Rest is wasted each time. Now I had to order online extra empty dropper bottles to transfer the liquid into it.

No choice for payment other than PayPal. I have had bad experience with them. Please provide multiple choice. Thanks. Gopal Pandey

Hi Poorna, Thank you for your order. I'm very sorry about the delays. The labs are unusually busy right now and there is a large backlog of orders. In normal times, we'd be much quicker. All the best, Simon

Your website used to be much easier to navigate. This time I had to restart my purchase several times before I was able to complete it. FYI, I was using my smartphone for this purchase.

Sometimes I get what I order right away, other times it takes way to long. My order will say 'pending' for 3 weeks and when I ask about it it gets sent within the week. I'm thinking of seeing if I can find the remedies elsewhere. I have also just not received part of an order, when I ask about it, it gets fixed, but it isn't convenient.

I ordered the tablets instead of the liquid and the representative was of no help asked me to call later. Very disappointed.

Hi Shafiq, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. The Hylands & Standard Lab asked you to call because they prefer to speak to customers for returns, rather than arrange it over email. They do this because they need to know the reason for the return and to make sure you are aware of the 20% restocking fee, as well as ensuring you have the correct address to ship it to. In the past we have had packages go back to the wrong facility. However, as our current system evidently left you unsatisfied we will review the arrangements we have in place. Thanks again, Simon Broadley
