I ordered for flower and teddy bear but…
I ordered for flower and teddy bear my order number is order #abc28286 but only the flower came. The teddy bear was not delivered. This is so annoying and I feel so cheated by abcflora.

We tried to locate your order using the name shown on Trustpilot, but unfortunately we couldn’t find any matching order, and we also haven’t received any email or claim about a missing teddy bear. It’s possible that the order may have been placed through another website, but we’d be happy to check this for you. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number or the email used for the purchase so we can investigate. In cases like this, we need to open a claim with the local florist, and we always work to support the customer and find a fair solution. This was my first time ordering flowers…
This was my first time ordering flowers for a relative out of this country. I placed my order the evening before my sister's 85th birthday in Germany and my siste received her flowers early the next day, on her birthday. The flowers are beautiful and I could not have been more pleased. I initially tried to order through another well known global service and they would not have been able to arrange delivery in time for her birthday. Great job, great service.

Scam service
I used this site to send flowers to my aunt in Chile (I’m in Canada) for her 80th birthday. They still haven’t arrived. I’ve sent three messages to the so called help center and only automated reply. They keep saying they’re looking into it. They had no problem taking my money but can’t seem to deliver the flowers. Wouldn’t recommend this service. Not sure it’s real

In this case, our team attempted to complete the delivery, but the address details required confirmation. We tried to contact the recipient to verify the information needed to proceed, but unfortunately we were not able to reach them. When delivery details are unclear, recipient confirmation is sometimes necessary to avoid sending flowers to the wrong location. Since the order could not be completed, we have issued a full refund. We understand this was frustrating and we’re sorry that our communication did not feel helpful enough during the process.
