Excellent and thorough customer service. Didn't carry the crinoline I had in mind, so they ordered it from the manufacturer and knocked nearly 50% off as a wedding gift. This was the second ballgown I've purchased from these folks, and should I ever need a third I'll be going to them once again

They sent me a prom dress that reeked of chemicals and was not wearable. They refused to see this as a defect and insisted on charging the 20% fee and restock fee. Not only did they not refund me minus the fees--they did no refund me at all! I've had to open a second complaint with my credit card company to get a refund for a dress I returned. Also, while their "policy" states that copious glitter shedding is normal, this was also an issue with their product. The dress was stiff, smelly, shedding glitter. Not something a kid should wear on their special prom day. No merchant should be proud to sell a junky dress like this for $249.

While we understand your disappointment, we explained that the smell would dissipate after you removed the dress from its bag and hung it up in a well-ventilated area for a few days. Not surprisingly, your return is at our warehouse, and the chemical odor is gone. Moreover, we don’t consider glitter loss as a defect. Glitter is known for getting everywhere, and we put a disclaimer about this on the dress page. We assisted you with your return request, but you refused to follow our Return Policy. There’s a restocking fee because we have to order these dresses directly from the designer. We offer free shipping for almost every order. Most of our competitors who sell similar dresses only provide store credit with a restocking fee, and some don’t even offer returns or exchanges. Our Return Policy clearly outlines the 20% restocking fee and the $12 prepaid shipping label fee. The invoice you received with the dress also explains our Return Policy. As the credit card holder, it’s your responsibility to carefully read the policy before placing your order. As a small business, we’ve carefully created our policies because our employees rely on us for their livelihoods. Since you disputed this transaction with your bank, we can't even issue you the appropriate refund because the whole amount has already been withdrawn from our accountf and has been deposited back to your account. I had to pay £200 delivery cost and the dress came and had about 10 strings coming out randomly! I paid about 1k for the worst dress ever! They need to refund me as this is a joke!

Just received my granddaughters dress for galaday was realy worried about buying from so far away incase of problems well the dress arrived this morning it is beyond stunning even nicer than photo & fits like a glove my granddaughter absolutely adores it, Nanny was close to happy tears, shipping was super fast and tracking was amazing we loved watching this dress travelling to us after our event next week il post photos Thankyou so much ABC any future dresses will be bought through yous ❤️

I must say I was skeptical at first. But ABC Fashion was very professional. I ordered my dress on a 3/12 and my dress came in 3/22, it would have came earlier but there was a discrepancy with the Post Office not ABC Fashion. When I received my daughters dress I was so pleased. My daughter had tried this dress on previously in a formal dress shop and it was over $700. I found the dress on ABC Fashion but almost half the cost and I must say it was the exact same dress nothing different. I highly recommend ABC Fashion if you want to get the manufacturers cost. I wish there was a way to upload photos
