They only give you a 7 day window to return and you can't even exchange for a different size after that. This policy is unheard of on all other clothing sites and the BBB should be aware of this scam.

It is clearly shown on the dress page, on the invoice you received with your order, on the Return Policy page, and at the bottom of the shipping confirmation email. Nightmare exchange
Unfortunately, I would not purchase from ABC Fashion again. While the dress itself was nice, my experience with their exchange and refund process was very frustrating.
They advertise that they offer one “free exchange,” but I was still charged shipping for the replacement dress even though I placed a new order for the exchange. I also had an issue with their 20% restocking fee. I was exchanging the dress for a different size rather than simply returning it, and they specifically agreed to waive the 20% restocking fee. However, when my refund was processed, they still deducted the fee.
I had to reach out to them again and provide proof of what had previously been agreed upon in order to receive the rest of my refund. I eventually got the remaining amount back, but I shouldn’t have had to chase them down for money that we had already agreed would be refunded.
Overall, the exchange process was unnecessarily frustrating, especially while trying to prepare for my wedding.

We're glad you like the dress. Per our Return Policy, we offer one free size exchange for the same dress and color, as long as you pay for return shipping both ways ($12 each way; $24 total). Please note that shipping isn't free for us, and it's expensive, especially right now. We pay more than $24 to ship the dresses to the carrier both ways, and $24 is significantly less than what our customers would pay if they covered shipping costs themselves.
Since you didn't properly initiate your exchange request and initially chose the refund option, our system automatically deducted the 20% restocking fee, even though we agreed to waive it as a goodwill gesture since you needed the smaller size quickly (that you received in 3 days). However, once you brought this to our attention, we issued your refund for the restocking fee within a couple of hours. You shouldn't have had to remind us, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback, and we hope you'll give us another opportunity to improve.

They are amazing! I ordered a LaDivine dress in the wrong size, contacted them before it shipped, and they changed the size for me within an hour of the order being placed. When it arrived it didn’t fit, so I initiated an exchange. Within the hour they had the exchange all set up for me. I shipped the dress back and the same day they shipped me the correct size. I got 2 day shipping and it arrived as expected. The LaDivine dress quality is excellent for the price point, and is almost the same quality as my Sherri Hill dresses. The customer service at ABC is the best I’ve seen in a long time! I ordered from them because they do allow returns with refunds, and I will definitely order from them again due to the quality of the products and the amazing customer service!
