I ordered a canopy cover that was promptly shipped to my address. The weather has been terrible and it sat around for some time before I had an opportunity to even attempt to put it on. Once I did, I realized it was not the right size and I was not able to get it on. I reached out to ABCCanopy to explain my situation. It was clearly my error in measuring when I ordered but the team at ABCCanopy immediately reached out to me and rectified the situation. They will always be my go to when I need a replacement, the customer service was absolutely amazing!! I recently ordered an umbrella which arrived quickly. There was an issue with the umbrella so I reached out to customer service who responded the next day and was able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.

I ordered 3 canopy tents for our annual family reunion camping trip and only received 2. Contacted customer service and they responded promptly, explained the situation and I will be receiving my 3rd canopy. Delivery was quick, large selection of canopies and color options, great prices and customer service was excellent. They will have my business for any future purchases needed. I will also recommend to all my family and friends. Great company to work with.

Ordered a white canopy tent. When I received it the canopy was actually silver. The market I vend at requires an all tents to be white. I worked with customer service and they sent out a replacement canopy at no charge. All is good now. Tent quality is great.
