I purchased a umbrella for my patio set from ABC canopy this past May. Although the steel frame is sturdy and I have the UV protection on the umbrella, the solar lights are giving out already. And the so-called ability to tilt the umbrella is really poor. It tilts all the way over to the side, and there is no way to secure that so if there is a breeze then the Umbrella Just spins around and there is no way you can sit at the table with the umbrella spinning around. I have contacted the company about this and received a reply that they were sorry about the things that were deficient. They asked if I would adjust my review if they gave me a refund. However I have not seen the refund and they no longer correspond with me. So buyer beware is all I can say.

UPDATE : You asked me what I have before start/ship my order. And nobody tell me anything about the difference. I can ask a full refund from my payment provider but can you give my 1 month loss back? They don't have any idea what they do. Almost 1 year ago I ordered a custom canopy from them with customized back wall. 3 weeks ago I decided to order side and front walls. I shared them my previous order number and placed my order. Had to wait because of shipment coming from offshore. And they sent a product with wrong zippers which isn't match with previous back wall. So it isn't possible to use those. I sent an email to them and the question was weird : "We just wanted to quickly check with you: was the rear wall ordered during your previous custom tent purchase?" Again. I shared my previous order number with them, they have my email address etc..

Well unfortunately you sent wrong size. I wish I could go back and see for sure the size I ordered. It should have been 8x8. And received 10x10. Don’t worry about it

I reached out to the company to order an additional awning for my canopy. When I finally received pricing information, I was quoted $125 for the awning alone, plus additional customs duties to be paid upfront. I was told there would be a refund method for those duties, but it wasn’t clearly explained whether that meant a cash refund or store credit. Given the total cost and the uncertainty around reimbursement, the pricing felt high for just the awning. I ultimately decided to purchase an entirely new canopy that included an awning and side walls for $204 (tax included). It’s hard to understand how an accessory alone is priced at $125 when a full canopy setup costs only slightly more. The product itself is great, but the service experience and lack of clarity around accessory purchases make future add-on purchases less appealing.

You do not package your products well. The box we pretty best up and the canopy was right near the box and it was accidentally cut when trying to remove the tape. You can do better.

It doesn’t fit

While their products are functional and appear well-built, good luck trying to purchase a replacement canopy top! Their Customer Service will give you every excuse in the world, tell you it comes from overseas and do what they can to force you to repurchase the product AGAIN, even if the support structure is still up. Take a $400 gazebo, the replacement canvas/fabric top should cost about $100, they will force you to buy the whole gazebo for $400. I would and will in the future use another vendor.

Shipping information was received and indicated that both items had shipped on the same service and tracking number. When one piece was received, yet both said delivered, I inquired via email and website chat to learn that both items had not shipped. The second item was shipping separately on a different carrier. Their system only allows for one tracking number per order to be entered, which provides false information to the customer. While I received a response from the company that my second piece was being prepared for shipment, that information was incorrect. The piece had shipped the previous day. How is it that the company can know the shipments are made separately, but not know when the shipment is made? There also is no phone number at which to contact the company; all communication must be completed through email or website chat, which isn't live and is completed through email as well.
