Believe the automated method of contacting each client to confirm that they want their tubes, eliminates personnel having to interact with those just wanting the same package as before . Assume they can now deal only with those that need a change in their order.

My supply came in and was found short. I called immediately but was told a 2nd shipment is coming. It did come later but was short of one box (30 counts) of external catheter. I immediately (Thursday, after hours) sent a message to them using their online messenger. It is now Saturday; I have not heard from them.
