Initially, I must say that your service has been very satisfactory until the 9/29/22 shipment. I spoke with an ABC representative prior to the shipment and requested a box or two of self-lubricated catheters in addition to the regular ones, so that I could travel more freely on occasion. If I did not express myself clearly. I apologize for that. Do to storage limitations I did not open the box containing this shipment until I exhausted the current supply this am. Upon doing so I discovered that the box contained only self-lubricated catheters. I still prefer the regular catheters for my daily use at home. How can I remedy this situation? Please advise.

There was no title of the experience I(Lawrence's wife and caregiver , Lawrence has parkinson's as well as the urinary problems) was to review. If it was the phone call I received a day ago to order new supplies. I was told If I was taking only part of my regular monthly supply order I could not order any on that phone call. I had to go to your website on the computer to order what I needed. I need to wait for my son to come and help me. Hopefully I won't run out completely before I get some help. What is a 'Trust pilot' ?
