I received a different style mask from what I normally use and none of the replacement masks have the magnet in them and I have no idea how to get old magnets out of old masks. Also I use oxygen and the last couple shipments of hoses aren’t compatible to the oxygen adapter.

Dear Christopher, thank you for your email. Unfortunately, I believe you've reached out to the wrong company, as we don't sell oxygen or oxygen masks. We sell catheters, ostomy products, and wound care items. Perhaps there is another company with "ABC" in its name?
