required signiture of delivery
all of a sudden one of us now has to be here between 10 and 4pm to sign for the package...never had to sign before....we both work...called abc was told insurance requiring it...called insurance they said abc medical is requiring signature...called abc back and was told she would leave this on somebody's desk to lift the required signature rule ...again never had to sign before...and when i called back it should have been resolved immediately or at the very least SOMEONE call me back. I still do not know if the signing has been changed or not...again no call back
