My provider failed to return a new prescription for catheters. ABD sent me "samples" every week for 4 weeks until they finally got the new rx.

Overall I’m very happy with my experience. There is one issue I have which the representative says that if my insurance doesn’t cover the cost of the catheters that I am responsible. I would hope that if my insurance has an issue that someone would reach out to me prior to you sending out my order . The representative couldn't and wouldn’t answer my rebuttal to that statement and we went back and forth before I said I didn’t accept that term . Please work this issue out and figure a re wording for your reps so the customer doesn’t have to go back and forth with the rep . Thank you .

My orders were changed from a 90 day supply to a 30 day supply. Now it will have to remain at a 30 day supply.

Dear Deborah, thank you for taking the time to leave a review, although I am sorry to hear about your moving from a 90-day supply to a 30-day supply. I have been working with an internal manager on your account since you left your comments, and it seems that your insurance company will not budge on their max count of product during 90 days. If we could, we would definitely ship you a 90-day supply as that is a lot more efficient. Sorry that we are unable to make this change. If your insurance company is willing to change, then we will definitely switch to 720 count every 90 days.
