Thank you for your comments and review, Edward. I can appreciate your frustration. It looks like you are set up for our "Guided Call" option, which has the intent of allowing you to place a reorder without having to speak to a live agent. This is actually most customers' preferred method of submitting a reorder, but it isn't for everyone, and we can easily turn that off for you.
