Product availability
Upon receiving a phone call from one of your ABC Medical associates we discovered that you had none of my product on hand. I told your associate that I had previously received an order from Nashville, Tenn, and asked her to check there. She located the product and had it shipped from Nashville. If I hadn't mentioned Nashville I might have had to deal with a substitute product as I have previously. I would expect that there is a convenient list of warehouses of Medical products for your enthusiastic associates to locate various items. Best regards, George Hotz
