It took 2-1/2 weeks from initiation of the order to your actually sending it out. Part was because my doctor was confused about how to respond, but that could have been improved had you been more proactive, seeing that the prescription was not being filled, and contacting the doctor directly to resolve the issue. As it was I had to get involved on both ends to fix it.
