I didn’t like the person I dealt with on the phone. She took forever, didn’t get our request correct, talked to me in a condescending tone. She kept asking me questions that are part of our records. I told her I was busy taking care of the disabled patient and she talked so slow and deliberate I almost hung up on her. It took over 10 min to get our standard order. Don’t want her assigned to our file please.
