The service with ABC Medical is the best of all my DME experiences. My only wish is that all DME's had this level of customer service.

They sent my daughter recalled product…
They sent my daughter recalled product and then refused to replace it. Catheters are a necessity my daughter, not a luxury!! It is not like I am asking them to replace a recalled ear bud or food product. Very disappointed in how they handled it......

Living on the Edge
When ever we order supplies we wind up waiting far too log for them to arrive. We have basically ran out of supplies twice prior to the order arriving. We have had to go online and order some stuff ourselves to get by until our order got there. We are unhappy and it's too stressful with feeling like we're "living on the edge" waiting for our supplies to get to us in a timely fashion.

A Friend in Need
While a new Authorization was being signed and I started to run low, ABC Medical was kind enough to send me samples to cover the gap. You have no idea how comforting this action was to me. The idea of running out of catheters is quite unnerving. Thank you for not subjecting me to that.
