Delayed prescription not handled well
the prescription was delayed or not approved for some reason. you never told me what the reason was, how i could fix it, or what the timing was. you did not tell me if you were working on it. i finally had to take steps to get the prescription renewed or suffer unfortunate consequences. the order was handled well, as usual. the delivery was timely, as usual. the new order had slightly different packaging so i had some questions but it appears to be the same product, although i still have some uncertainty.

Overall very smooth system of ordering and delivery.
II appreciate your auto-phone reminder that it's time to reorder. And after ordering, the delivery time has been short. Using about five or six a day, I have found very few have a packaging flaw, that the adhesive that binds the catheter packaging, plastic overlay, is sometimes overdone at the opening end. Only 1 in ~20. Pretty good quality control.
