It is a unique experience to find an organization committed to excellence in the broken medical system as I continue to navigate a spinal cord injury I suffered from a defective medical device in July of 2000. The lack of accountability within the medical profession is frightening on many levels. I have experienced the gamut of catheter innovations or more correctly the lack of, over the past 30 years. I am much more encouraged by the new catheters now available. Finally, after years of endless urinary tract infections, I have renewed confidence that my use of the VaPro catheter that Luke, your representative demonstrated for me will dramatically improve my ability to work towards eliminating urinary tract infections.
