Order filled promptly and I was informed order was shipped. BUT - it was shipped via FedEx not UPS as I requested. FedEx is too lazy to deliver to residence and leaves orders at a mailbox which is not visible from residence. UPS delivers to residence. FedEx left this order at mailbox. A neighbor saw the box and dropped it off at my residence. A prior order was delivered to mailbox and stolen.

The packing was terrible. Boxes open and items loose. I had to put them back into regular boxes. Had to clean them also.

Ordered 180 catheters and received 6. Not six boxes, six catheters. Had to call and open the request again and reorder. Now I am waiting for the new order. As a person who depends on a catheter, this was unacceptable. Make sure you don't bill my insurance twice please. Michelle Smolik
