Worse possible customer service I have been waiting 2 months for a order that everytime I call they give me that there is no order then after 20 mins of arguing they will say sorry I found it then They will say we are processing order and waiting for back house to ship which never happens I have asked for a manger or supervisor and they say they will have them call me back it’s been 2 weeks and no call

The customer service is great. I always get answers to my questions, and quick responses to my concerns. The service reps are professional, courteous, and knowledge. I am not transfered to many different people, the rep handles all my concerns and problem solves issues.

Your company did not give me all the information regarding catheters. They said if I start to run low toward the end of my using them they would be able to get more. I called and let them know that I was running out of supplies and the lady on the phone really didn’t care. I think I acquired a UTI because I have had to reuse the Cather and wash them off and reuse them so I would have enough.
