The texting to order made things very easy for me, as I often see clients back-to-back to provide mental health counseling and I find it difficult get the time to call in during business hours. It's bittersweet because it's nicer talking to a person, so I hope you keep that option open.

I received at least 4 calls from you saying that you didn’t get a prescription from my doctor. I knew he had sent it several times because they sent me a copy. I told your Rep multiple times to pick up the phone and call him. All I got was BS about maybe they didn’t take phone calls, maybe they only used the fax. Finally I asked my doctor to call you and he finally got your attention. Your customer service is horrible.
