I have only had 1 problem and that was the automated order system, but since being able to bypass that I have no issues. My order has always been correct and arrives quickly.

Ostomy supplies are sent quickly. The only downfall is when the automated system calls many of my supplies start the same and only the very beginning of each are said so I cannot confirm with the automated system simply because I have no idea which supplies they are referring to.

They are doing a fantastic job with ostomy supplies however not so great with wound care supplies. They have been sent a paper copy several times in 2 weeks, yet ABC continues to say though they have spoken with the wound clinic they have not received the paper order, so they have not sent any supplies. Several weeks were purchased because it was NOT safe for wounds to be left uncared for, especially for the negligence happening with this.
