I am beyond disappointed with Abbyson. I bought their camel-colored leather sectional with metal legs from Sam’s Club because it looked lovely and modern in photos. Unfortunately, it was pure style over substance. Within weeks of purchase, the center cushion proved to be completely defective. I immediately emailed Abbyson to get a replacement cushion, but they brushed me off and told me to go through Sam’s Club. While I appreciate Sam’s Club’s efforts in trying to make things right by offering me a small discount, that did not take care of my problem. They didn’t make the sofa and therefore didn’t have a spare Abbyson cushion hanging around their warehouse they could have sent me to replace the one that was obviously defective. My last sectional was mid-century modern and also leather, purchased from IKEA. That sofa lasted me 14 years, and was recently relegated to my basement despite still looking brand new. The cushions are in perfect condition. They have softened up a little bit, but there are no defects in the leather at all. Not one. Because Abbyson refused to send a replacement piece, that single center cushion rapidly deteriorated, completely destroying the entire sectional within months. The leather started crumbling and peeling. 14 years of enjoyment with my last sectional, and this one didn’t last four months before it became unusable junk. Even worse, when I continued to follow up with Abbyson in emails asking if they could just replace that one cushion, sending them photos of it, and literally provided them with my original emails, my receipt, and dozens of photos proving I had reached out within weeks of my purchase, they just continued to tell me that it was no longer under warranty. Well, it most certainly had been under warranty when I reached out originally! This company is very sketchy and dishonest, and I would not suggest anyone do business with them because they do not back their products. DO NOT BUY FROM ABBYSON!

We purchased a new bookcase from Costco. The doors weren’t aligned as the top right hinge was not tight & couldn’t be tightened as the holes were big so we requested repair. The repair guy came. He replaced 3 of the 4 screws by putting longer screws. However, he said he couldn’t access it directly so he put it at an angle & that too with a very different screw that is still sticking out at an angle. He also used different odd screws for the other 2. All he needed was to use an angled screw driver & right kind of screws. It is really a very shoddy job done on a beautiful piece of furniture. There is no option here to upload the photos otherwise you can see it for yourself how ugly it looks.

I purchased their sofa on Amazon which came with a year warranty, but less than a year later the material started visibly peeling off. When I contacted Abbyson, they acknowledged it was still under warranty and promised to repair it, but they did not respond to any of my attempted contacts for months. By the time I finally got through, they claimed the warranty was now expired so they could do nothing, even though I first notified them within the coverage period. Now Abbyson claims there is no record of my order after assuring me they stood by their product, so they seem to simply be evading responsibility. This extremely poor customer service, lack of communication, and outright dishonesty feel like I have been scammed into wasting my money on a worthless warranty from Abbyson. I caution anyone considering buying from them that you will likely receive no support.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the leather sofa ensemble I purchased from Abbeson Furniture. After only five years of ownership, the leather on the sofa, loveseat, and chaise lounge has peeled so badly that we can no longer sit on them without using some type of covering. The furniture is now completely unsuitable for our home. When I reached out regarding this issue, I was told that excessive heat or sun exposure could cause this type of problem. However, none of our furniture is placed near windows or exposed to direct sunlight, and our home temperature is consistently kept at a comfortable setting. There is no environmental reason for this level of deterioration. For the amount of money spent, I expected this furniture to last much longer. Five years of use should not leave a “leather” ensemble in such poor condition. This experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I would not recommend Abbeson Furniture to anyone seeking long-lasting quality.

Very disappointed with the Abbyson warranty, customer service and quality of outdoor furniture covers. The furniture itself is fine (mid grade) outdoor furniture but avoid the overpriced covers no matter what (see below for a better, less expensive option) and then pray that your delivery goes well. Here is our story. We ordered an entire Santino outdoor set from Abbyson including a sectional sofa, dining table with 6 chairs, fire pit with 4 side chairs, and 2 side tables as well as the custom covers for everything. Ordering process was easy and the price was good. They shipped me double of the dining tables and chairs and after me calling them repeatedly they finally arranged to have the duplicates picked up 6 weeks later (they never even said thanks). The biggest issue we encountered was with the covers. After about 6 months they started falling apart. We contacted Abbyson and were basically told “too bad”. The covers fit well but they are horrible quality. I expect more from $2000+ furniture covers. For perspective, my last covers from coverstore lasted for more than 10 years, they were made well and cost less than 1/4 the price. I am now at a point where the abbyson covers are going to the trash to be replaced with coverstore.

Really poor quality furniture. Customer Service was totally unhelpful

Purchased a Abbyson section from BJs with a regular price of $1800. Having deeper seat cushions the back support is critical to comfort. So, we had the coach for about 4 months and already, I can no longer sit on the end seat of the sectional. Sitting there puts you in an uncomfortable angle due to cushion sag. ( not covered by the warranty according to literature) That cushion is now flat were as the others have a nice rounded look. Bottom line, out of the boxes, its a nice looking piece but a for duability I'm afraid - You Will be Disappointed.

I have been buying furniture for decades and never experienced such horrible customer service. Even sending them photos of my sectional cushions, where the leather finish is simply wearing away, they do not feel responsible for their own product AND YAVE REFUSED to do anything to rectify the situation. They refused to replace one center cushion and then every single cushion is old and WORN looking after LESS than a year. (even the ones where nobody sits!) POOR quality. Buyer BEWARE: Their leather is NOT made to last. I have an entire sectional that is embarrassing to me and definitely NOT worth the money. Yes, leather is meant to age and patina as it gets older -NOT completely wear away!
