It took us some time to populate the Q&A for the AI training, but the Abby team stepped up and helped us get everything in place. After starting they have also been very responsive in helping fine tune and solve minor problems.

We have had Abby for a long time now. They help so much to sort our incoming calls. They are attentive and respond to our questions and concerns quickly. Every once in a while they may not get the name of the client that is calling correct, but it is nothing that we cant quickly figure out. Mostly they do a great job answering clients and transferring them to where they need to go byt asking the correct questions.
