my glasses are not here
my glasses are not here. Your reply said you sent the tracking number, which is true, but it just ends in Minneapolis. So this is not helpful. Your email said the order is "complete" as if it was supposed to be in my hands. It is not.

Your package is still in transit. The Expected delivery June 07, 08:00PM We have sent the USPS tracking link to your email. We apologize for the confusion and we take responsibility. Our system marked the order as "complete" to indicate that the eyeglasses assembly process was finished and they were in transit. The order status on our website will remain as "Shipping" until you receive your eyeglasses the day after tomorrow. We apologize again for the inconvenience

Will order from ABBE Glasses again!
Ordering from ABBE Glasses was very simple and shipping was faster than expected! I was so surprised by the overall price for the frames plus lenses. Best pricing I have seen online! Glasses look very luxurious and I have received so many compliments on them! I did not have any problems with my prescription as well. Very happy with my purchase!!!

Light and flexible
These glasses are light and flexible, and the prescription is good. Shipped in a good package too. What didn’t work so well for me is the frame is a flexible steel, but I can’t bend it to fit my face. One of my ears is lower on one side and I can’t get it bent to sit on the ear on one side. Also, they don’t have the feathering around the edges to minimize the Coke bottle look. For those two reasons, I gave it four stars.

never received glasses
I ordered glasses from you guys almost 3 weeks ago and the package got suck in the Netherlands on its way from China. I have contacted them and they say that it is still in transit but its been stuck for 2 weeks. I would love for your live chat to actually reply to me and for you to take my issue more seriously. I could have ordered from a website I actually knew and probably should have..
