I wouldn't trust this company ever! I should have been smart and just stayed with the other 2 companies but I liked one pair of frames and gave it a go. BAD IDEA. 15 days and my order still hasn't shipped its still in assembly took forever to get someone to chat with me on there and they told me it's only 1 to 3 days then it's shipped out and that they are sorry for the delay they seem to not answer my question on how long will my order take to get and then when I want to cancel it there's only one person who handles all the cancellations and refunds.

I ordered two pairs of glasses. One was great, the other one sits lopsided on my face from the moment I took it our of the box. Kind of disappointing. Otherwise they're good value, but they should do better with quality control before shipping.

Glasses fit well and prescription was correct. Will order from Abbe again

I ordered a pair of glasses and for whatever reason, I couldn't see out of them. I talked to Abbe Glasses and they said they would issue a refund once I returned the glasses. I did return them and they never refunded my money. They don't answer their phone or emails. Buyer beware.

I got my glasses today and everything is perfect. I always get them quickly which is great. Great selection great price.

Ordered 3 pairs of glasses from this company. My lenses have a prism value. I noticed the glasses did not see right, they seemed off so I took them in to an optometrist to have them tested. The prism values were completely wrong, bases directions wrong and the one lense had a +75 instead of +25. There is no way to contact this company. No one answers the live chat, phone number is an automated message saying there is no live agent. I’m out almost $400, will file a dispute with my bank as I highly doubt this company will do the right thing

Everything perfect, and glasses arrived in less than a week.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered glasses from ABBE and both times, I've been very satisfied.
