I unwrapped my new glasses and thought that they would not be able to get my prescription correct. I tried them on and WOW the prescription was perfect. I had to heat the frames up and bend them a little until they fitted. That's what an electric jug and steam is for. I think I have found my new glasses supplier.

The ordering process was pretty easy. I got my kids each a pair. My daughter's glasses were completely free, I paid nothing for them even with all the extras. My son's was about $130 in the end but that's nothing compared to what my insurance was going to pay I was left with a bill after $300. So I decided to look online for a better option. This was a much better option in the end. The selection of glasses is way better than at the office. My kids are very happy.

my order has been stuck in transit for almost a month after not getting any updates. I feel scammed and will not be using this company again.

The glassware good quality and came at a reasonable time. The only down side is that I paid for express shipping and it wasn't clear that I could not use my PO Box address for that, delaying my order by a couple of weeks. Likely my error for not seeing that in the directions.

I placed 2 orders (Orders OD56436 & OD56547). The first order OD56436 WAS PLACED ON 9/1/2026 and then Order OF56547 WAS PLACED ON 9/8/2026 and I was told would ship in 2 days. The shipping was to be combined. While they did respond to and refunded the shipping cost for the second order quickly, neither order has shipped and they have not responded to several emails or chat messages inquiring when both order will ship or provide a tracking number. This is my first time ordering from them and I am very disappointed in the lack of communication. I have not had this issue with other companies for my glasses and am at a loss of what to do now. I WANTED TO LOVE THIS COMPANY BUT AM REGRETTING MYBDECISION TO PURCHASE FROM THEM. I PAID FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING FOR 10 PAIRS OF GLASSES AND NEED MY GLASSES ASAP. IT HAS BEEN.2 WEEKS. I AM OUT OF MONEY BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY I DON'T HAVE MY GLASSES! UPDATE 9/16/2026 I HAVE BEEN TOLD TWICE THAT THE TRACKING NUMBER WOULD BE SENT THE SAME DAY. I STILL DO NOT HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER!
