Will never order from this company ever again...I was sent a damaged market umbrella and they are giving me a very hard time with returning it. Might have to dispute it with credit card company. Will do that today if I don’t here back from them.UPDATE: I finally was able to return the umbrella but Abbapatio tried to charge me a $50 restocking fee for the weights for the umbrella. I cannot use the weights if I don’t have the umbrella! But Abbapatio didn’t care about that fact. I disputed that charge with my credit card company and I won that dispute. Stay away from Abbapatio unless you like these kinds of hassles!

Handle is flexible and doesn’t remain on pole . Called Company to assist in set up . Was on hold 20 min and then they wouldn’t help me unless I had an order number. Also umbrella doesn’t swivel so when the sun beats down on your guests you can’t turn the umbrella to accommodate them but rather you need to have your guests move!! Once you set the base up there’s no moving the unit bc you need 150 pds of sand in them the umbrella is so heavy

Ordered three weeks ago, no sign of it. Two emails to customer service produced identical unhelpful automated responses, with identical misspellings and grammatical errors. FedEx tracking number says FedEx has not received item from shipper.

I placed an order June 12 for a 9ft Patio Umbrella with push button tilt and crank- Beige. I received an email June 16 that my order was on the way and was provided a FedEx tracking number. As of today, July 8, 2020 I have not received my order and the FedEx status has not changed from "Estimated Delivery Date Pending." I emailed Abba Patio July 6 and received a response July 7 from "Angie" stating my issue would be reported to a supervisor to get the solution for me, and that I would receive an email with an update “soon.” This afternoon (July 8) I made two unsuccessful attempts to speak with a service representative at 1-844-642-2227- each time holding for “the next available rep” for at least 10 minutes, only to be disconnected. On my third attempt I was able to get through. I explained to the service rep (who didn’t provide her name) my issue. She placed me on hold to review my order then advised me she would flag the email to which they had already responded as “urgent.” Then she said she would connect me to a supervisor and placed me on hold for a second time. While I waited I direct messaged Abba patio on both their Facebook and Instagram pages. I also posted directly on those platform pages. While still on hold, the call just dropped. So in total I spent an hour trying to get my order issue resolved to no avail, not including the email correspondence. At this point I’m refuting the charge with my bank because I have zero faith that Abba Patio will resolve this. Very disappointing. Was very much looking forward to an Abba Patio umbrella as everyone raves about the quality. Unfortunately my experience thus far with their customer service has totally soured me and I will not be giving them a second chance.

We purchased a cantilever umbrella with a solar light feature. We need a new bulb and have tried to contact the company. Phone always goes into voice mail. We have sent them emails with enough information to let them know the exact umbrella we purchased, so we could get the correct light bulb. Still they need the tracking number of the order. Really? Can't they just send us the light bulb for the umbrella they know we purchased? Customer service is horrible.
