Package came damaged and open so all the screws were lost in the process of delivery.

pin in one wheel was broken, and Abba stated they would not replace it, and the pin and the wheel itself just falls off the base. Nothing further was offered or suggested

Box arrived damaged, pieces were missing, customer service could not fix the issue, now parts are unavailable. Super annoyed

Quality is clearly not what it used to be... I've ordered two of these umbrellas every year for the last 4 years. Materials are much cheaper, color of fabric was way off and even dirty in some spots. The poles use to have a nice Abba Patio metal tag on them an appeared with much greater quality than now. The rather huge "Made in China" sticker on the lower pole didn't help matters... I assumed as much before but clearly this didn't help my opinion towards this company and my future purchasing decisions.

They have two very similar item, with a 6 inches difference in dimension and one with a round pole vs rectangular pole, which is not very clear in in their pictures. I asked to exchange the rectangular one for the round one I received, and it was brand new still in its shrink wrap. They said they will have to charge me $95 for shipping even though I'm simply exchanging it. Their customer service did not even make an attempt to make things right or meet somewhere halfway. I'll sell this one on ebay and will never ever shop at Abba Patio again.

a month later and i still haven't received my order

I am still waiting for the umbrella I ordered more than 3 weeks ago! Please check back with me when it finally arrives. I can review it then.

We ordered the 11 ft. patio umbrella. The hinge, made of pot metal, broke within 3 days. Returned it and got a replacement late July. Now the second one has broken in exactly the same place. Of course, it's beyond the return window on Amazon. Tried to contact Abba. Called their "customer service" number. I finally gave up after 35 (yes, 35) minutes on hold. While on hold, I emailed them. No response yet. Never will I order any of their products again.
