I am not happy with this product quality and customer service. I purchased and set up this shelter less than 2 years ago. About a month ago I noticed the cover had worn through along the rear roofline. When I contacted customer service to file a complaint, I was basically blown off and offered a 10% discount on a replacement. I had no choice but to purchase a replacement. This company’s to a poor product is infuriating to say the least.

So it is over a month I have my umbrella which came without the crank, Still have not used it and now I get an email it is on sale. I am very unhappy with this company.

My Mom purchased a market umbrella that broke in a wind storm. You said too bad 3 weeks out of warranty. Do not waste your money or time. This company sucks!!!’

Yeah we bought it 12 x 20 garage of yours after 11 months the roof disintegrated I talk to somebody named Alex half a dozen times felt like I was getting the runaround and then he finally told me that my garage was out of its one-year warranty and then I was blocked from his email. All he told me was I could feel free to buy a new one and it was clearly still within one year from the date I installed it and bought it from Amazon. I’d love to get a call back from somebody at ABBA because I’m also gonna ride every view to Amazon I would expect to get a free replacement roof for this since it was only 11 months old and there was nothing wrong with it but it disintegrated on its own. 740-572-1817

The tilt mechanism on my 11' umbrella broke after 10-12 uses. Great customer service!? NOT! After I was on hold for 34 minutes, a recording came on and said the call had timed out and hung up on me. I then emailed customer service and Alex's solution was to place a pipe clamp on the pole. I thought he was joking! When I told them this was unacceptable, they said it was Amazon's problem and then ghosted me. The umbrella is practically new. They do not back up their products.

Waited longer than usual for a beach umbrella with a sand screw. Package finally arrived and the product was broken. The black plastic sand screw, which is riveted to the pole, had snapped off. Whomever packed the umbrella simply dropped the broken part in the box. The “packer” clearly knew the product was defective, but sent it out anyway. That says everything. Wasted my time and gas and drove to Home Depot the same day and returned it.

Quality is terrible. Material is too thin. Torn beyond repair within 6 months. Company will not cover under warranty. Unable to leave a bad review on website. Bad reviews are blocked. Don't waste your money.

Love the design and how easy they are to operate. That said I bought two of the 9 x 12’ rectangular umbrellas and the fabric material did not hold up. After 15 months (in the Deep South) the material was faded and beginning to split and tear at connection points. Customer service quickly dismissed my complaint and tried to blame “external forces”. I guess sun and rain are external forces but thought a umbrella at this price should last more than 15 months. Will not purchase from this company again.
