Poor product

Ordered a canopy replacement with stated size of off-set stand and was sent a replacement that didn’t fit. Oops, Abbapatio made a mistake but refuses to send a refund. Impossible to work with and will only recommend that people avoid business with this company.

I ordered a 12x20 enclosed carport from HomeDepot. Only after 2 months, I have a hole in the roof. Not the company's fault. However, the poor customer service that followed is. 1) There was no contact information in the box to get a hold of the manufacturer. I got contact information from Home Depot. 2) When I called the contact number, I was on hold for over 30 minutes, only to be redirected to another company (even though my caller ID listed Abba Patio as the number dialed). The CSR that answered said that it was a glass company and they were unable to help with my request. I have sent the company an email, hoping to get the issue resolved. Quite frustrated at this point!!

broken products, and missing replacements - I've spent hundreds of dollars with you the last few years and am so dissappointed, i'll have to go somewhere else for our outdoor patio and pool furniture and accessories now that will stay stocked with product available.

If there was a NO star rating I would have chosen it. I contacted Abba Patio and explained that the canopy on my umbrella failed and I needed a replacement. My Umbrella is not quite 2 years old and according to Teresa in their Service Dept., it's obsolete. WOW, 2 years and no parts or support. I paid a lot and failing in that short time is not how a company prospers. DO NOT buy anything from this company or you'll be wishing you had taken my advice...

Placed an order 2 weeks ago and per tracking only a label was created so the order has not been shipped yet. Called ABBAPATIO and the CS person could barely understand what I was telling her. I spent several mitin hold for who knows what and she still has not provided a solution. My order is still stuck in “label created” mode and has not shipped. WTH!!

Bought an Abba 12 x 20 canopy by Abba through Amazon. It lasted 8 months and blew apart in the wind. Contacted customer "service." They wouldn't back their product. The told me to contact Amazon, though they likely know that Amazon warrants sales for a month. I wouldn't recommend Abba to anyone under any circumstances
