Edited to add an update. Customer Service emailed and provided an update on my replacement. The replacement was received today and the inflatable is better than I expected! Thank you!! Unfortunately, the inflatable we ordered failed to turn on regardless of the outlook we tried. I contacted Customer Service who was helpful and quick to respond. They acknowledged my email and stated they would follow up once the replacement shipped. To date, I have not heard anything more. It has been 8 days

The customer service team was very responsive and initially helpful. Unfortunately, once we identified the parts I required, and I placed the order online, the system did not recognize the discount code I was provided. Again, the customer service team came through and refunded the amount I should have been discounted. When the initial shipment arrived, I mistakenly assumed all was in the 2 boxes. I was surprised and disappointed to learn each box contained only 1 piece. The shipping information and link showed full delivery. Customer service then informed me there are 5 boxes in the order and to let them know when I got the last three. The final one arrived well over a week after the first 2. The shipment tracking system needs help. Customer service was great!

These are very different times, and my order was delivered in very different ways. I ordered 4 patio chair covers and they each came separately on 3 different days at 4 different times via 3 different carriers. I could not track them, and the company didn't seem to be able to either. But they all made it over a period of 3 days in good shape, so there's that.

I received an email reply from Abbapatio letting me know that instead of returning the item at a $50 cost to me, that they would instead give me 50% off the item. I still don't like the item, but I'll accept that and leave it as a place holder until I find One I really like. That said, still be careful because this seemed like their only option for dealing with the issue. Original Review below: Zoom in close on photos and read their fine print carefully before ordering anything from Alba patio. As soon as I opened the box I noticed the print on this patio umbrella made it look cheap, tacky and it was pixelated. I contacted them to return it and they wanted to charge me $50 to return/exchange a $100 umbrella. Terrible business policy and I will never order anything from Abba Patio again, nor would I recommend anybody else order anything from them. I guess this is why Amazon is crushing bad businesses like this.

Great piece of patio furniture. The only reason I deducted a star is because it is really difficult to put together. The fabric you lay on is so tight, that last corner is almost impossible to get together. My husband and I had to put our body weight into pulling and pushing and we barely got the frame to go together.
