The chair has several rips at the seems and doesn’t stay reclined back. The foot rest doesn’t stay all the way up and keeps falling halfway down. The material is cheap and looks like it won’t last a month. I wish that I could exchange it for cloth maybe that would be better but not sure it it will stay reclined. I wish I could return and get a refund but return policy charges 15% restocking fee plus I have to pay to have it shipped back. It’s a big box so I can only imagine how much more that will cost. It doesn’t seem fair to incur those additional expenses when the product was of poor quality not just because we didn’t like it. Very disappointed. Beware

I ended up with 2 stools because I never received a confirmation from the first order. I ordered another stool because I didn’t think the order with through. I checked my spam email and there was nothing there. I talked with customer service but there was no response other than I have 2 stools. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

It shouldn’t be called a mattress. It is more like just a piece of thick foam. Not safe for a baby. It’s not firm enough.

Have tried contacting this company via email and phone for weeks. Never received tracking info or a response regarding my order. Contacted my credit card company for a refund.

It’s been over a month since I have purchased and heard from the company, I still have not gotten any tracking information and when I reached out to ask them what the status of my order was I got no response. I would love some insight or just some information regarding my order.

Ordered "custom" size cradle mattress but it was a disaster--cheap materials, terrible workmanship, wrinkles, gaps, large clunky uneven seams. It didn't match the picture on the site. I asked to return it and was told it was "custom" so no returns. After pursuing this further, they agreed to take it back but I had to pay $13.00 in shipping costs. I also ordered a cradle sheet and they sent the wrong one. I emailed customer service and was told that the sheet sent was correct, but the packaging was wrong. Are you kidding me? Different UPC's, fabric etc. So again, I could return at my expense even though it was an obvious error on aBaby's part. The communication about these issues was slow and difficult. Won't buy from them again.
