I ordered this product 4-5 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. Unacceptable ABaby. Won’t be ordering anything else

Look at the Facebook reviews. They are selling flimsy changing pads as “custom size mattress.” These are not mattresses! They are plastic and cheap and not an ounce of firmness. They would be dangerous for an infant and create suffocation risks. And they claim these are custom mattresses and because of that sale is final. I’ve even bought more firm changing pads - these are like the cheap changing pads that you could fold up into a ball. Terrible. $45 for that!

We ordered three fitted sheets and only received two of them. I emailed my concern and did not receive any response. It was a gray fitted sheet for the 17 x 31” cradle mattress.

Try to contact the company but no answers My order haven’t be out for delivery for a month. Worst company

I ordered a custom mattress and mattress cover for a bassinet. The way the product shipped left much to be desired... It was folded and thrown in a box without much protection. The mattress itself was not firm enough to be safe for sleep and the mattress cover, keep in mind both items were custom, caused the mattress to bunch up and not lie flat. Their customer service's solution to my problem was to tell me to cut the elastic on the cover. If the mattress was firm enough to be safe for infant sleep the cover would have fit fine. Do not recommend.

I don’t know why you show the merchandise that you don’t have.

I received the wrong size of crib sheets and when I went to return them it says I have never placed an order. So I called and they said they would send me an email with the return information in it and they did not send it! Needless to say I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service!
