I like the mattress I have received and overall the quality is great! My baby likes napping on it during the day. Would recommend your products to everyone. Wouldn't recommend your customer service though.

We ordered a cradle bedding for our little boy, the material is not the best quality but it looks great in the cradle. We received our order within two weeks. We are happy with our order.

The only complaint was that we didn't get an email or any tracking information to know that it was sent to tell our gift recipients that it was on the way and to watch for it. Since it was during "porch theft" season, that would have been helpful. But they did get it and think it will do nicely.

I would give this product 5 stars except it appears to be have been lost in shipping or USPS. I was in contact with Frady of Customer Service and she was wonderful in trying to help me. We were almost to the point of reordering the custom baby bracelet, but decided to give it another week. Then today the bracelet showed up. The actual bracelet itself is beautiful. I choose the pink stones and it just sparkles. I can't wait to present it to the new mother.

I was happy with my purchase, although it took a little longer than I expected to arrive. I was very happy tk find bassinet sheets that were small enough to fit properly, just be careful to read size detail. I would order again from aBaby.

My husband made a cradle for our Nephew & wife. So we found that you did custom pieces. It fit perfect. So did the fitted sheet. It took a little longer than it online said. But that was to be expected with the COVID. Everyone is just trying to figure out their employees situation. So all in all very happy. Would order again. Also recommend to others.
