I love the mattress, but I still do not have the custom sheets that were ordered.

It was awesome to have a custom sized mattress but the mattress outer layer and the custom sized protector that came with it with absolutely not breathable at all, causing our baby to almost immediately sweat.

Mattress was ok, but the sheet was the wrong size, still waiting to hear back if they are going to send correct sized sheet, message on email reply was as if business was closed for a holiday one month prior to email, but mattress was shipped in a timely manner.

The service was quick and seems like a quality product. The only problem with items custom made is they are not returnable. The mattress fit the crib perfectly but the fitted sheet was too small for the mattress.

Product itself was nice, but it took just under 4 weeks to ship. Once shipped I had to message support to get my tracking information

Mattress is correct size. However, it is covered in a plastic/rubber covering, which is NOT very good. Every time my granddaughter moves or turns in bed, it makes that swooshing sound. If it was just a mattress without that, it would be perfect. At first, I thought it was just a protective cover for shipping. But every side is sewn, there is no zipper to remove it

I ordered a BOY doll, and they sent me a girl. When I spoke to the customer service rep. she told me the blue outfit was not available for the boy. He would come in white. I went along with it. When I received it I noticed all the essentials were in pink. I was lied to.
