Do not rent from them, u can quit paying and they won't pick up . I told them June 21st to pick up there used washer and dryer they didn't even come til august 4th, then they still didn't take it.bsoif u quit paying if it's used they won't pick up

I rent for 2 of my homes and I gotta say customer service is horrible. They love to hang up on you and are just always rude. They make lots of money off renting their subpar furniture you would think they would at least be courteous. I've never been rude to them. I think I may look elsewhere.

Do not rent from Aaron's in Gastonia North Carolina on Franklin Boulevard. They rented me a used queen size box spring and mattress when I thought it was going to be brand new, and that's not even the problem. Here's the problem . Not only did someone else sleep on it, but when they brought it to my home, there were still families living in it! Yes!!! That is correct!!! Little tiny families of bed bugs! Yes!! I said that correctly, and according to my exterminator " oh they've been in there quite some time " and that's 3 weeks after I made my first payment! Yep, so I didn't have my box spring and Mattress but 3 weeks and I had families of bed bugs living in my bed ; ain't that nice? Ain't that cozy ? Don't that just make you want to just wanted to put your PJs on and hop in the bed? I've been sleeping out here on my couch that I bought from Aaron's , and paid off! Oh and guess what they want me to do now? After they came into my home and did an inspection and talk to me like crap, now they want to wait until the exterminators come in here and do a full run through with a crew with and get rid of the bed bugs and I can't even talk ! They got me so mad they they do a whole extermination and everything and then they'll come get the mattress basically I have to handle their problem and then they'll come get the mattress and box spring . SMDH. Ain't that awesome? Why so they can rent it out again? Probably. So just want to warn everybody , if you're going to go get a box spring and Mattress go somewhere else, because here in a couple weeks they'll be another used mattress and box spring up for rent at Aaron's, and it'll probably be this one. Trust me your Gigi wouldn't stare you wrong

I was in the store too long. I finally got my order in. I ask my sales lady repeatedly what my payment would be on delivery. (Because corporate has a .01 cent deal going for 2 more weeks). I was told I am a gold member and would not need to pay anything. Then she stayed if there was a payment it would be very small. Morning of my delivery, a very rude worker called my home on an unlabeled phone line to tell me I need to pay on my rental or they would not deliver it today. I tried to explain my conversation with the sales lady, and this caller stated that they needed that full payment today. I tried multiple times to sign my contract while there and to find out my payment to see if I needed to wait to order. I was told that I could pick the day of my payment and due my gold status I would not need to worry about much of a payment today but most likely, I would not need one. I have delt with Aaron's for years, but no more. No one needs to be treated like that. Honesty is always best.

Better inspect furniture you get from them, they don’t clean their returns as good as the say. They brought us a used, which was supposed to be new double recliner infested with bedbugs then refused to take it back. We had no choice but to disassemble it and found it was full of white dog hair food crumbs and dust. And they still expect us to pay for it.

They are terrible! The staff is very rude! I had my item 30 days, made my first payment, time for my 2nd payment, I was a day late, they started calling me, I returned the call and said I would make my payment in 2 days, the next day, they were at my house saying, “No one could get in touch with me, so they came to my house” I had just talked to them earlier twice that same day! After they left, I called the store, The Rep was so rude, he said “we don’t have any record here Of anyone talking to you”! Then he says, “We will just pick the furniture up”! I said fine”! They are So bad, don’t understand how they stay in Buisness! DONT Ever Use Aaron’s!!

My review is about the store manager Rob or Rod I had an issue with an appliance and someone came out to look at it on Wednesday said they would give me a call with options the next day. Thursday came and went no call Friday came and I get a call about a late payment that I wasn't late this was 10 AM so I asked about my repair was told I would get a call back soon. 6:30 PM came and ai called bcs guess what no call. The first guy was nice then Rob talking in background jumps in a call- asks me questions about the first repair I had who came to fix- if you are the store manager is this not in your records? Then tells me they will try enter someone out soon. I asked so I have to contrive paying for something that is broken and no option of when it will be repaired? I asked why I wasn't called back on Thursday as promised or Friday morning why did I have to prompt the calls his answer --- that is the sales manager job & she didn't come in excuse me sir as the store manager everything is your job when your staff doesn't do or is unable to do their jobs the responsibility falls on you. I asked if I hadn't call no one would have called me back since it isn't anyone else job but the sales manager correct he said yes. Poor excuse for a manager if this is how he leads the store is doomed. What manager leads with that's not my job. This helped me out when I was in a bind but I found a brand new set that is being professionally installed in 1 day with 5 year warranty for less than what I still owed on this set. I've dealt with Aaron's for 4 years and until this guy became manager service was great! He will be the downfall of this store

Do not rent from this place. The 1 cent down lures you into a contract but as soon as you miss one payment they will be knocking at your door to pick the rental up. Also their website never reflects your correct payments. Your balance never goes down on the website. I was paying on a living room set and put $300 on it one week. The very next week they came knocking on my door for a late payment and picked the living room set up. You will regret doing business with this company! They scam your payments and tell lies to lure you into agreements !
