I ordered lids to fit 2.5 gallon Dairy pails based on the measurements given on their website. When the lids arrived they did not fit and when comparing to the lids I was already using that were the same measurements the Aaron lids were not the size stated. When I called I was told they were sorry and I could return them. Then they told me I had to pay the return shipping. By the time I paid for the lids, return shipping plus the original shipping I would lose money by returning them! Will never order from this company again.

I have been a customer for over 2 years now and have really enjoyed our relationship. Easy to get a hold of when you need any of their departments. Would and have recommended this company to anyone Marty

Shipment didn’t reach at promised time and we were unable able to use it for our specific requirement. Other wise product is great.
