Their price and product is excellent. But on two separate occasions I made a purchase and they never told me they were out of stock. I contacted them each time when their delivery was late and that’s when I found out they were out of stock. I had to reorder from another supplier which put my customer in a back order situation. My customers come first with me.

Shipment didn’t reach at promised time and we were unable able to use it for our specific requirement. Other wise product is great.

I would give 5 stars if when my order can't be fulfilled as promised a phone call or even an email would be greatly appreciated.

3 or 4 purchases there, only 1 was correct, others required sending back goods and getting replacement.

All my items did not make it in first shipment that I order l, called customer service and she said she was going to fix the problem hoping it gets fixed.

While the customer service was great, it wasn’t totally helpful to as a new customer and person entering the packaging business. Also you may have what people need but the web is outside the 48 states and there is a bigger market outside then inside. I am in the US Virgin Islands and to shop with you is not cost effective when you add shipping. It’s cheap for me to buy from a foreign company and pay taxes then to buy from Most US companies. That’s not good for business.

Apparently the lids I ordered do not come with the pressure liners I thought I was getting

Products were good, but the packaging was a joke. In this day and age, no one should be using that much styrofoam! Please get on board with reusable packaging!
